Lesson 2 on Stress

Class on Weds and Thursday (Jan 29 & 30) began with a progressive muscle relaxation exercise. Next, students reviewed how to evaluate if an Internet site can be considered reliable or not and using a question about the effect of stress on one’s health, identified and evaluated two websites. Students next incorporated this information into their Reflection on Stress (what motivates you to manage stress?) – this document is in your health folder on google drive.
